What's in the "Super Cards" Chapter?

Never heard of a Super Card? That's okay. You're not alone.

I coined the phrases to describe one of the primary concepts in the postcard marketing book. The concept is simple in theory, but often overlooked in practice. If you create the kind of real estate postcard that makes people say, "Wow, I'm glad I got this!" ... your response rates will go up dramatically.

That's the whole concept of the Super Cards. In truth, the entire book is about creating a Super Card -- a real estate postcard that outperforms other agents in your area. But there's also a specific chapter that shows examples of this approach "in action."

You can learn more about this concept on the real estate postcard site.

What's in the Postcard Book?

I'm often asked, "What's in the real estate postcard book?"

Basically, you'll find everything I know about farming postcards within the book. It starts with the basics, like how to plan your postcard marketing objectives. And it progresses to more advanced topics like adding "value layers" to your postcards.

I've posted a sample chapter on the website. You can also download the PDF right here. The sample chapter also includes the table of contents, which will give you a good idea what's in the book.
