Does the book apply to commercial real estate?

Recent question:

Your book looks very interesting. Would you say that some of your strategies could apply to commercial real estate. The CRE market in our geographic is completely different than Residential, are are the methods of gaining business.

Any thoughts?

My response:

I would say that the strategies in this book could certainly be "translated" for commercial real estate. What I've tried to do in this book is explain the techniques that make people respond, and why people respond to them. I then go on to apply those concepts to residential real estate marketing, but the same concepts would apply for your business.
