Will this book benefit mortgage professionals?

I am in the process of installing an apartment complex/renter database farming system which will harvest mortgage clients on a consistent basis month in month out -- year in year out. Put another way, an autopilot direct mail based marketing system which generates a steady stream of mortgage clients from renters & other first home buyer prospects. Most of my mailers will be postcards. I know your marketing pieces and systems are from a Realtors perspective. How effective and translatable is your system to a lender's perspective?

Thanks for your excellent question. I received a similar question from a
commercial real estate person not long ago. He was wondering if the
advice in the book was translatable to commercial use (since it focuses
on residential real estate).
Here is my reply to him, which you'll find helpful.
In short, I believe the strategies in this book can be applied to just
about any industry. And since your industry is closely related to real
estate, you'll definitely get some value out of it.
You might also check out the Modern Guide to Real Estate Marketing, for
the sole reasons that there's a marketing plan outlined in the book
that focuses on renters / first-time buyers. It's relevant to what
you're going to do, and it may give you some ideas you had not thought
about.
